AI at work

One person. 37 agents.

Justin directs AI agents, dozens at once and hundreds in a single run: evidence packs behind public critiques, four 4K music videos, a 559-mod Minecraft pack and this website, built in one night.

Scale and depth

Agents do the legwork across research, the studio and the code.

Between 16 and 40 agent sessions run in parallel, each with its own job and a memory in plain files Justin can read and correct. The direction stays with one person. Below is what that arrangement has produced so far, with the numbers attached.

746 agents in one run

On 22 October 2026 a single run put 746 agents to work for about three hours and 41 million tokens. Most of the work goes to one model; a second one makes the big calls.

Research down to the raw files

Seven evidence packs in three weeks sit behind the public critiques. Code is pinned to exact commits, raw data carries a SHA-256 fingerprint, and the other side’s best answer is included.

One pack: 51 sources, 97 fingerprinted evidence files, 43 of 43 checks passed

4 to 5 worker agents per deep dive, every number re-derived from raw files

17 long-form pieces from 2015 to 2026 transcribed verbatim, a 46-article library

Four 4K videos, every bar freestyled

Four official music videos, 4K at 60 fps, about 17 minutes in all, each edited by Justin alone. Behind them: at least 16,962 AI generations since August 2025 and 560 finished 4K takes, 306 of them used.

Mods, an engine and this website

A 559-mod Minecraft pack with 70+ mods and patches developed for it with AI assistance, and 603,179 chunks of the live world audited in one pass. Three mods are public; 13 fixes were merged upstream, 3 into Minecraft Forge.

Justin’s view

One person now holds the leverage of a studio and a team.

Justin directs between 16 and 40 AI agent sessions at a time. They run in parallel, each with a job of its own and a memory kept in plain files that Justin can open, read and correct.

Justin calls AI the biggest change in how work gets done. Anyone can say that. The rest of this page is the evidence: seven evidence packs behind public critiques, a single run of 746 agents over about three hours, four 4K music videos, a 559-mod Minecraft pack with 70+ mods and patches of its own, three public mods, and the website you are reading, built overnight.

It also belongs on this site for a reason. The essays and the songs make the case for people who are sovereign over their own lives and work. A studio’s worth of tools in one pair of hands is that case, made practical.

The agents do the typing. The judgment stays with one person, and so does the blame.

The music videos

Hundreds of hours per video, every frame directed by one artist.

Four official videos, all 4K at 60 frames a second, about 17 minutes in total. Since August 2025 the music video work has run through at least 16,962 AI generations. Every bar was freestyled at the mic, and Justin edits every video alone. The steps below are where the hours go.

01

Freestyle first

Every bar is improvised at the mic. Nothing is written down. The words exist before a single picture does.

02

Performance takes

For Chaos Theory, Justin filmed performance takes. They guide the lip sync, so the mouth on screen follows the real delivery.

03

Generate, then throw away

AI video tools produced 560 finished 4K takes for the four songs. 306 made the final cut. The rest were paid for and binned.

04

Cut by hand

Justin edits every video alone in editing software. Hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars each, with one artist deciding every frame.

Frames from the official videos, 4K at 60 fps, made with AI video tools. Only Chaos Theory has Justin on screen.

AI and crypto

AI in crypto gets the same test as everything else.

December 2024: AI agents in wallets will choose chains on fees, security and speed, not on tribe. April 2026: Bittensor’s token printing, set against the revenue it actually earns. Both posts below, word for word.

@Justin_Bons

15 December 2024

AI agents embedded in user wallets will revolutionize the crypto User Experiance!

Hilariously it will also be the last nail in the coffin for “ETH alignment”

As AI will objectively choose chains with the best fee/security/speed properties

Leaving behind all the tribalistic BS!

@Justin_Bons

18 April 2026

TAO has no utility or PMF; it is all driven by token inflation:

$328M worth of new tokens are printed annually, yet only $15M in annual revenue was generated!

Subsidies from holders pay for subnets; economically bankrupt

This website

Designed and built from scratch overnight, in five rounds.

AI agents designed and built this website from scratch on the night of 26 October 2026, in five rounds, each round published for Justin to review and send back with notes. An AI writer drafted the words in Justin’s voice and a second agent checked them, this paragraph included. Justin directs and approves; nothing goes live without that yes.
